The difference is that the second-hand car comes with four years or 100,000 km of free maintenance and warranty, while the first-hand car offers lifetime free maintenance and warranty. As for the warranty, you can basically ignore it; I bet you won't keep it for more than ten years. For under ten years, maintenance is enough since it won't break down. But maintenance isn't a big deal either. Electric cars don't cost much to maintain.
