When I floor the accelerator on my 2.0T model, the RPM only goes up to 3000 and won't go any higher. Is this normal for everyone else's car too?

Registered in November 2015, 1.5T Luxury version, driven 100,000 km. Recently, when accelerating a bit too hard, it feels like it shifts to neutral; the engine revs, but the dashboard still shows D gear. If I release the gas pedal and wait for a second or two, then accelerate slowly, it goes back to normal. I can't accelerate suddenly, only gradually. Has anyone else experienced this problem? It's been repaired several times but still not resolved.

4The 2017 Land Cruiser with an automatic transmission struggles to accelerate when flooring the gas pedal, with the RPM not going above 2300, causing slow acceleration. However, when using cruise control, the acceleration is faster, and the RPM can increase. What might be the reason for this?

10I'm seeking advice from experienced Scirocco owners. I have a 2012 2.0T Scirocco, and every time I accelerate a bit harder and the RPM goes higher, the EPC warning light comes on. I went to a mechanic before, and they just cleared the code, saying it was nothing serious. But recently, it’s happening more frequently. Can any experienced drivers explain what's going on? Thanks!
