If you're deciding between the MG ZS and MG HS in Europe, here are some considerations: MG ZS comes with a 1.0T engine and a 6-speed automatic transmission. However, it's a three-cylinder engine. On the other hand, the MG HS features a 1.5T engine with a dry dual-clutch transmission and is a four-cylinder. There are reports online that the MG HS might experience significant jerking issues after a year or two due to the dry dual-clutch transmission. You might want to weigh the pros and cons of each engine and transmission type based on your driving preferences and needs.

Is 1.0L engine power enough? Better go with 1.5L, at least the power is stronger.

Is there more low-speed driving or high-speed driving? If it's mostly low-speed, choose "at".

Is the HS in Europe still using a dry clutch? In China, starting from the Navigator generation (2021 Roewe RX5), the seven-speed dual-clutch is a wet type. The 2.0T has always been a six-speed wet type, but it seems like this version is not available in Europe.

Is the HS still using the dry dual-clutch there? You might want to consider that. I drive the 2.0T Pioneer (the slightly updated HS), and the jerking has improved a lot, but it's still there. The gearbox can be a bit sluggish at low speeds, and fuel consumption is a bit high in traffic jams. But aside from that, it has lots of advantages like sufficient power, a solid chassis, and decent safety. I remember the ZS has a 1.3T three-cylinder; I'm not too familiar with the 1.0 one. Don't you have hybrid versions of these two cars?

Don't rely on domestic car reviews when buying a car abroad, they're all biased. Remember that.
