When choosing between a hybrid and a fuel version of the Highlander, it's important to consider what matters most to you. If fuel economy and eco-friendliness are your priorities, the hybrid might be the better choice. However, if you prefer a potentially lower upfront cost and don't mind the traditional engine, the fuel version could be suitable. Consider your driving habits, budget, and environmental concerns before making a decision.

Choosing a Toyota means choosing a hybrid. If you're considering a purely gasoline-powered vehicle, the Envision P offers better value for money.

As long as you don't care about fuel economy, the traditional petrol Highlander isn't any worse than the hybrid Highlander.

Choose a hybrid whenever possible.

I suggest you reconsider buying the Q5L! This car is nothing special except for its fuel economy! It's that simple. 😊😊😊😊😊

You might as well buy a Volkswagen or Honda instead of a fuel-powered car. Toyota's pure fuel technology isn't as good as those two.

As a 2018 2.0T car owner, if you're planning long-term and want to save on fuel costs, then buying a hybrid might be a good choice. But if you drive less than a few thousand kilometers or even 10,000 kilometers a year, having a car that gives you a nice driving experience is great. Just be ready for the cost of about one currency unit per kilometer. My driving habit is not to care about fuel consumption. I like to be the first to speed off at a start, so I don't delay the cars behind me. I leave the engine running and the air conditioning on while waiting for someone because it's more comfortable. I drive less than 10,000 kilometers a year, so I don't care much about fuel consumption. Plus, I have a motorcycle for city use. In the future, I plan to buy a fuel-powered MPV. Just my personal opinion.

If you drive a lot, go for a hybrid; if you drive less, choose a fuel vehicle. In southern Xinjiang, buy whatever you like, but in northern Xinjiang, go for a fuel vehicle.

I just finished my first tank of fuel after getting the car. Spent 442 RMB on fuel and drove 1100 kilometers, including highway, mountain roads, and city driving. The power is pretty good; the 2.5 hybrid feels almost like a 3.0 in terms of power, and it's quite comfortable to drive! The only downside is that the sound insulation could be a bit better.

For driving in Xinjiang, it's better to choose vehicles with good fuel economy.
