The original imported vehicles are all 13-seaters. There will be a supplementary announcement later for 9-seater documentation. Vehicles with 9-seater documentation tend to be more expensive. A 13-seater vehicle can be modified to become a 9-seater. The specifics of registration will depend on the local DMV policies.
