How should I use the auto start-stop and auto hold features? Reversing and parking feel a bit dangerous! The accelerator is hard to control. Also, for lane assistance, should I use lane keeping assist or center assist?

It's okay to keep the car centered in the lane on the highway and usually just maintain assistance. Is this okay?

Alright, the auto start-stop feature turns off the engine at red lights, but the start-up is a bit slow, got honked by the car behind. Auto hold can be used usually, but turn it off when reversing or parking. Thanks to all the experienced drivers! [Thumbs up]

Nobody told you that the auto start-stop feature is useless and harmful to the car and battery?

Lane assist and departure warning are enough; lane centering can be a bit aggressive on the steering wheel, suitable for beginners.

Auto start-stop, turn it off when buying a car!
Auto hold, always keep it on.

I tried using these two features but felt the driving wasn't smooth. As a newbie, I found them hard to use, so I turned both off. I've kept the lane-keeping assist on though.

Auto start-stop depends on your mood. If you can handle people cutting in during traffic jams, then it's fine. I don't really consider fuel saving. Auto hold is a good feature, especially if your car is driven by multiple people. Just make sure both drivers have similar habits and skills. Otherwise, as long as there’s insurance and no major incidents, it’s all good. Personally, I prefer the car to move as soon as I release the brake. Choose lane centering for relative safety. It might feel like it's taking control of the steering wheel a bit, but for the sake of safety, it's acceptable.

Turn off the auto-hold when reversing.
