The rear air conditioning vents are not blowing cold air?

Is there anyone else experiencing no hot air from the rear air vents in their Sharan?

Hello everyone! I need some advice. When I turn on the AC, only the driver's side vents blow cold air, while all the other vents (passenger and rear) blow hot air, and it's really hot. Even when I close the vents, the area around them is still really hot. I went to the dealership, and they said I need to add refrigerant.
