Hey folks, my 2017 Haval H2 manual is jerky between 1st and 2nd gear. It feels really tough to shift gears. What's going on here?

What viscosity of engine oil do you use for your new Mazda5? What's your fuel consumption? And does your transmission shift from 1st to 2nd or 2nd to 3rd gear smoothly? I'm experiencing some jerking.
