Do you guys prefer going directly to the 4S dealership for repairs, or do you tend to buy parts yourself and find a repair shop?

Where should I go for maintenance? Do I need to make an appointment, or can I just go directly to a 4S shop like with traditional cars?

There's no local 4S shop, and the nearest one is over 200 kilometers away. I want to ask, if I encounter a traffic accident and want to go to the 4S shop for repairs, is it not possible? Thanks.
