Are there any GV80 owners experiencing a vehicle vibration issue transmitted to the pedal and steering wheel at around 1500 RPM before each gear shift, while driving at a speed of 40-80 mph?

I bought an '09 Accent and it's burning oil. What should I do? At 80 mph, the RPM is over 2000, and when I accelerate more, it vibrates a bit. Is there a problem? Can it go on the highway?

I just got a 2013 model with a 1.6 manual transmission. Everything else is fine except there's a loud buzzing vibration sound around 2000 RPM in every gear.
