If they were really sincere, they would offer purchase tax and insurance when launching a new model to boost actual sales. This would cost less than advertising expenses. Let's say the subsidy for one car is 30,000 yuan. Subsidizing 10,000 cars would cost 300 million yuan. Isn't that more effective? Since entering the domestic market, I doubt they've sold 10,000 units in total. Where did all those marketing expenses go?
