Why does my car window go down but not come back up, and I have to press the unlock button repeatedly to open it? [Facepalm]

Why do you have to press the rear window button once before starting the 2013 GS5?

My sunroof won't open, what's going on? I press the button, but there's no response at all.

The co-driver's window of the Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross can only go up but not down, and the main driver's switch can control the other three windows except the co-driver's, which can only go up but not down.
