I tried several methods to enable the one-touch window up/down feature on the 2017 320T, but none of them worked. Any advice?

The co-driver's window of the Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross can only go up but not down, and the main driver's switch can control the other three windows except the co-driver's, which can only go up but not down.
