I'm not sure whether to buy the GS8. I'm really torn between it and the Tiggo 9. I guess I'll have to test drive them to decide. I'm leaning towards the GS8, but I'm still really hesitant. It's so frustrating!

Unless you're a die-hard fan, you'd consider both options at this level of cars. Based in Beijing, the road presence of the GS8 is much higher than the Tiggo 9. It seems like all Chery models are less common in Beijing.

I quite like the look of the Tiggo 9, but considering the Tiggo is known for unwanted noises, I’m already thinking of going for my second choice, the GS8.

I also checked out the Haval H9, but I found the front design unattractive. I test drove the Haval H9 but didn't test drive the GWM GS8. It's not that the Haval H9 is bad, just that I don't like its looks. So, I directly went for the GWM GS8. [I need some peace]

Both are export models to Russia, but the GS8 is also exported to the Middle East. They've been tested in extreme hot and cold conditions.
