A few days ago, my car system prompted for an upgrade. I've tried upgrading my 2022 model four or five times, but it hasn't been successful. Has anyone else experienced the same issue?

It seems like I've figured out what's going on. It might be due to the battery being low on charge. But why would the battery be low when it's in good condition?
