My 2018 GS7 has run over 50,000 kilometers. Occasionally, I feel a slight jerk when shifting from 2nd to 3rd gear. What could be the reason for this?

Driving skills and habits issues.

I've been experiencing the same issue. I've been calling the dealership these past couple of days to ask about what's going on.

My ECO mode braking is really jerky, but it's fine when I switch to normal mode.

You're using the fuel-saving mode, right? Switching to the standard mode should be fine.

What's the reason for AT transmission? Its smoothness definitely can't compare to CVT. Anyway, mine also has a bit of jerking.

Eco mode is normal because the shift RPM is low. It's also normal to have a bit of a jerk in Normal mode, after all, it's a 6-speed automatic transmission (6AT).
