My 2018 car's engine has started making a ticking sound recently. What's going on?

I have a 2018 GS7, and the engine vibrates a bit when idling. There's also a slight ticking noise when driving, which started recently. Can anyone help me figure out what might be causing this?

Today, when I started the car, there was a "da-da-da-da" sound. After turning the engine off and starting it again, the sound was gone. This has happened twice. Not sure what the cause is.

Previously, there was an occasional popping sound when starting the car cold, but recently it happens every time I start the car. The car's Bluetooth seems to be working fine, and the screen shows that music is playing, but there's no sound. Sometimes restarting the car fixes it, but sometimes it doesn't. I've noticed that my car makes a "ka-ka" sound more frequently when going uphill in recent days, and the power isn't keeping up.
