9When I turn on the air conditioning, the cooling fan starts spinning, then stops after a while. The cycle of spinning and stopping is roughly one minute. Even after turning off the car, the fan keeps running and won't stop. Only by restarting the car and then turning it off again does the fan stop. Could the temperature sensor be malfunctioning?
