Is it normal for the radiator fan to keep running after turning off the engine when driving four to five kilometers in the city with the current weather?

I've been having a headache with my Volvo S80 2.5T. After replacing the radiator, the upper hose has come off three times, and then the lower hose came off once. Does anyone know what could be the reason? The water temperature has been normal, no overheating, and the fan is working fine.

When I turn on the air conditioning, the cooling fan starts spinning, then stops after a while. The cycle of spinning and stopping is roughly one minute. Even after turning off the car, the fan keeps running and won't stop. Only by restarting the car and then turning it off again does the fan stop. Could the temperature sensor be malfunctioning?
