1.5T manual transmission, 2016 model, 50,000 kilometers. Spark plugs were replaced at 42,000 kilometers. Today, the car suddenly stalled, and after restarting, it stalled again after driving for a while. Can any experts help figure out what the problem might be?

While driving normally and making a U-turn, the gears suddenly started jumping. The engine didn't stall, but there was no power. The engine malfunction light came on, and the ECO indicator disappeared. After restarting, the car drove normally again, but the malfunction light remained on.

Has anyone experienced gear shift jerking after just replacing the spark plugs and cleaning the throttle? It was fine for two or three days, but then the jerking returned.
