How to choose between the Defender 90, the G-Class, and the X5? Any advice, everyone?

Buy a Defender.

The Defender's gear lever placement over there looks kind of ugly.

I still get a bit frustrated and chose the Range Rover, giving up on the Defender. The domestically extended version of the X5 is really annoying; if it were the standard version, I might actually be torn.

The Gray model is benchmarked against the Porsche Macan.

The Defender Off-road, Grecale Sport, and X5 can all be sporty, handle light off-roading, and be suitable for family use. However, the Grecale tends to hold its value better than the other two. So, I'd choose the Grecale because in the car community, it's known for its reliable reputation.

While this is a discussion about the Grenadier, if you're going for a Defender, go for the 110 model. The Grenadier is an entry-level model, and besides the power, it's lacking in other areas. Better go for the X5, the imported 40i version.
