Is your vent temperature set to "Low"? The system will always display "Heating or cooling the cabin." Close the vent or raise the vent temperature to make it normal.

Under the front passenger seat, next to the main battery, there's a small starter battery. You can replace it with a universal one similar to the small starter battery in a Mercedes, as long as the capacity is the same. It costs over 300 RMB. I've already replaced mine.
