I've got a 2014 Grand Cherokee, and lately when I turn on the heater, the driver's side vent blows cold air while the passenger side vent blows warm air. Does anyone know what might be causing this?

The engine temperature is normal, but the air from the heater is not warm.

Hello everyone! I need some advice. When I turn on the AC, only the driver's side vents blow cold air, while all the other vents (passenger and rear) blow hot air, and it's really hot. Even when I close the vents, the area around them is still really hot. I went to the dealership, and they said I need to add refrigerant.

Is the hood of the Grand Cherokee lower on the right side? When sitting in the driver's seat and the passenger seat, the hood seems to have different heights. From the passenger seat, the right side of the hood appears to have a greater curve, but from the driver's seat, the left side doesn't seem to have as much curve as the right. The car is parked on level ground, and the seats are adjusted the same, but the issue persists. However, when viewed from outside the car, there seems to be no problem. Is this a visual perception issue?
