Hi everyone, my 2019 3.0 Grand Cherokee runs fine on normal roads, but it makes a knocking sound when driving on bumpy roads. Can anyone advise what might be the issue?

You should change the suspension springs.

It's usually the shock absorber.

How is it now? If it doesn't work, maybe go to the 4S shop for a check.
