There's no standard version available, but there is a parallel import. It's 15 more expensive.

No, you can change to the CJ differential lock. There is a special version available that doesn't require changing the half-shaft. Installing the original one requires cutting or replacing the half-shaft, which is a bit more troublesome and not as strong as the modified version.
