It seems you really like the Galant. I spent over two years to find one like this. Not many people fall in love with a brand because of just one car. It's different from the trend-following with something like the Santana! The fuel consumption is indeed high, so think carefully before getting one!

I've been driving the 2009 Mitsubishi Galant, and it's been great. It has a spacious interior, decent fuel economy, and good power. I've only needed minor repairs and maintenance. Definitely reliable! 😊

My 2007 model has reached 420,000 kilometers and still hasn't had any major issues.

It depends on the condition of the car. If it's in good condition, it should still run fine. But if it's not, you might end up needing major repairs just a few days after buying it.
