GA8, 2017 model, manufactured in June 2019. When driving at 140 km/h, there's a noticeable vibration. What could be the issue? Also, when I step hard on the accelerator and try to reach 160-180 km/h, there's a strange noise, like gears grinding. What could be causing this?

I have the same issue. My car starts shaking between 120 to 130 km/h. After checking, it seems to be a problem with the Michelin tires not matching well with the rims.

My car is from July 2019, and it stays stable at 170. You might want to check your wheel alignment or tire pressure.
