Basically, it's about not having enough money in the pocket [grin]. Why aren't more niche and expensive cars discussed? The reason is obvious. The biggest issue with parts and maintenance arises when there are only one or two cars [smile].

If there's a 4S shop locally, it's definitely a good buy. If not, you might want to consider other brands. For maintenance, you have to go to the shop or have someone from the 4S shop come to you, which costs over 800+. For repairs, they only provide towing to the shop, and you'll have to handle it yourself or have a staff member drive it back, costing over 2000+. Can you guarantee that you have the time to deal with these things every time?

On the road, many things are unpredictable. Even when you're parked, you might still get hit. You can control your own car, but you can't control others from crashing into you.
