Why do people online not recommend buying a Genesis car, but can't really pinpoint what's wrong with it? Why is that?

It's hard for some to accept that Genesis cars are better than AAB, dominating BBA and Lexus in North American new car quality rankings. Almost all models receive the highest ratings from North American insurance safety, similar to CIRI in China. I've driven the actual car, and the handling is on par with BMW. Those keyboard warriors are just criticizing without looking at the facts.
