Hello everyone, is it normal for my 2013 Mazda 5 automatic to have a noticeable jerk when shifting from first to second gear, while other gears aren't as obvious?

When the suspension is raised to its highest level, after parking and turning off the engine, the vehicle sometimes lowers to a normal height. I haven't activated the easy entry/exit feature, and it doesn't lower immediately after turning off the engine. Sometimes it doesn't lower at all, while other times it lowers on its own.
