Below the car infotainment system, tap the car icon, then at the top, there's 'User', tap it, add a user, set it up, and save. There are a total of three keys, corresponding to three frequent users. Whichever key opens the door, the system will automatically adjust to the settings corresponding to that key.

It seems like switching accounts and saving will do the trick. Before driving, just select a different account and it will automatically adjust the seat and side mirrors to the right settings.

The EX30 cannot permanently remember the seat settings.

Once the driver's seat and mirrors are adjusted properly, click save. If the next person adjusts the seat or mirrors, just don't click save. When you drive the vehicle again, just move the seat a bit. When the main screen automatically shows "restore" or "save," click "restore!" This will adjust everything back to your previous settings.
