Why won't the sunroof close, and why isn't the switch responding?

Sunroof reset method: With the car powered on, press the sunroof button and push the sunshade button forward for 15 seconds, then release. You can give it a try. My car had the same issue, and it returned to normal after using this method.

Never encountered this situation! My car is normal now!
