As a newbie without experience, let me explain why I chose gray. From observing cars on the roadside, I know the advantages of white cars are well-known, but I'll mention what I don't like. The grille doesn't coordinate well with gray, and the white around the recessed taillights is more jarring. For white cars, like under the side mirrors, rain can leave black streaks on the body. White isn't particularly cool or bad; it leans towards neutrality. Gray has a cooler texture, though it is often said to show dirt more easily and isn't as heat-resistant as white. It also has lower visual safety. However, after washing, it looks much cooler than white—shiny and eye-catching. White cars don't have that emotional appeal. Also, the claim that white cars are dirt-resistant means that dust and grime aren't as noticeable, but on closer inspection, you'll still see it. It just makes the car seem less white, so it still needs washing.
