How to set up the scheduled charging function?

To schedule charging, typically, only home chargers can be used. This means the charger remains powered, but the car doesn't start charging until the scheduled time. Most public chargers have safety features, so if no charging is taking place, they disconnect automatically. That's my personal understanding.
