Does our car's infotainment system use its own data or does it need a mobile hotspot? I see there's an online upgrade option for navigation. Can the system connect to the internet by itself?

The experience with Amap's car navigation version is quite good. However, the car system doesn't automatically connect to the phone's hotspot, and I have to manually connect it each time, which is quite inconvenient. Does anyone know the reason for this and how to solve it? Thanks!

Hey car enthusiasts, does anyone know what’s up with the Jietu 2024 Glory Pro's infotainment system not connecting? I plug in the USB and nothing happens. I'm using the original data cable that works fine when I connect my phone to a computer. But when I plug it into the car's USB port to connect to the infotainment system, there's no response at all. I've downloaded both E-Link Driving Assistant and Driving Companion apps on my phone, but neither works. Any ideas?
