Does the Chevrolet Malibu have strong acceleration, or do competitors like the Camry and Altima perform better?

The 1.5L turbo engine in the Malibu delivers decent acceleration, but it’s not as sporty as the Altima or the Camry V6. It does 0-100 in about 8.5 seconds, which is good, but not the best in this category.

I’ve driven the Malibu, and it performs well for everyday driving. But if you like sporty driving, you’ll feel that the power delivery could be stronger. The turbo helps a bit, but the transmission doesn’t feel as quick as its competitors.
