I have a 2020 Mini Cooper F56. Last year, I started the car and noticed the RPM was steady between 2000-3000. The same thing happened today. When I stopped at a red light and turned off the start-stop system, the RPM was at 1000. But as soon as I pressed the accelerator, it went back to 2000 RPM and wouldn't go down. Normally, the RPM is just above 1000. What could be the issue?

9Hello fellow car enthusiasts! I'm having an issue with my car and would like to seek your advice. The check engine light is on, and it's hard to start the car (it takes a while to start). Once it starts, the RPM is normal, but as soon as I shift gears, the RPM immediately jumps to over 1000, almost 2000. When I shift back to Park, the RPM slowly returns to normal. I've already replaced the throttle, and it worked fine for two days, but now the same problem is back. Has anyone else encountered this? What could be the issue?
