Is it normal for the fuel consumption of a Honda City to increase from 5.4L to 5.9L after an oil change?

What type of oil was changed to what type of oil? If you switched from 0W20 to 5W30, it's possible that fuel consumption might increase. Alternatively, using lower-quality oil could also be a factor.
