I need some advice. When I put the car in P gear without turning off the engine, pull the handbrake, and then open the car door to get something, a reminder sound goes off, indicating the engine is still running. How can I operate it so that it doesn't trigger the alarm? Sometimes it's quite loud. While the reminder to turn off the engine is good, it draws too much attention when I'm just grabbing something.
