The 2020 model only has one USB port. If you plug in a USB drive to listen to music, you can't connect the car kit. The USB extension ports you bought aren't working, and the USB in the armrest cigarette lighter also doesn't support USB drive for music or connecting the car kit. Yes, I bought a 1-to-4 adapter. The main port supports card reading and car DVR connection, while the remaining four ports are for charging only.
