Did you floor the accelerator? I get what you're feeling. Is it like a sudden jolt and then it shoots out? If so, it might be simulating a manual transmission, downshifting first and then accelerating with high torque, right?

I've experienced that too, just once in two years. The cause is unknown.

I need help from everyone. When shifting from neutral to D gear, there's a noticeable jolt. What's causing this issue? Thanks a lot!

There is a bit of a jerky feeling when shifting gears, and it lacks power when accelerating. What's going on? I've already cleaned the fuel system and replaced the transmission assembly. #JetourX95

I have a 2009 Touran 2.0 manual, and I'm having trouble shifting into first and reverse. Is anyone else experiencing this? Also, when I release the clutch in first gear, the engine shakes like it's about to stall. It also shakes a bit during rapid acceleration. Is this normal?

MG HS experiences a strong jolt when shifting from P to R or D when the car is cold. This has happened many times. When I went to the service center, the technician connected a computer and reprogrammed the transmission for gear learning. It got better, but after some time, the jolt returns when shifting gears with a cold engine.

Hi everyone, when I'm accelerating with my FJ and shifting gears, I notice that the shift from 4th to 5th gear feels more pronounced and abrupt. Is this normal? There are no error codes. It's not noticeable during normal driving, but if I deliberately pay attention to each gear shift, I can feel a slight jolt from 4th to 5th. To notice this, I have to keep the throttle steady without releasing or pressing it more. During the 4th to 5th shift, there's a noticeable abrupt feeling. However, if I ease off the throttle during the 4th to 5th shift, there's no issue at all. Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome. Thanks!
