For wipers, just go with Bosch and 3M. At the very least, use the original ones. Don't bother trying any other random brands; they definitely won't work well.

If money isn't an issue, go for Michelin. It's the best, no question. Just look at the factory standard equipment. As long as it's a high-end car, they use this brand, so you know it's definitely good. But yeah, it will definitely be expensive.
