Another responder made a good point, this fuse is not easy to blow. If it does blow, think carefully about what electrical device was plugged in before the outlet failed. Check if the plug, wiring, or device had any short circuit issues. Ten years ago, I borrowed a friend's navigation device, and after using it, I removed the cigarette lighter adapter. The quality of that thing was so poor that it fell apart, and the metal part dropped into the cigarette lighter socket, causing a short circuit that blew the fuse. It seems that the dashboard lights also went out at that time. My car is also a third-generation Bluebird, registered in December 2002.

Just pull out each of the blue fuses one by one to check and eliminate the issue. Since the casing is transparent, you can usually see if the fuse inside is blown.
