I heard that McLaren's quality control improved significantly after 2020. Is that true? Looking to buy a McLaren GT or Artura, any advice from the owners?

The well-known McLaren quirks that don't affect driving safety, but are still present today: 1. Chassis cover screws tend to fall off due to vibrations over time, leading to rattling noises or even rusting and breaking. 2. Paint blistering (rusting) on the car's exterior, caused by moisture accumulation inside the panels or a reaction between the aluminum and the base coat formula (commonly seen under the doors and on the front hood's inner side). 3. Misaligned decorative lines due to manual production by British workers, such as on the passenger side. Specific to the model: Artura: When taking sharp turns, there's a squeaking noise. The Artura's battery is unreliable, with some unfortunate owners having their new car's battery fail within 100 kilometers. The auxiliary screen (for controlling the air conditioning) tends to overheat and crash, which also affects the rearview camera when reversing. The driving mode switch knob can loosen and lose screws, with some completely detaching. When reversing with the steering wheel fully turned, it can block the rearview camera, leaving you unable to see. GT: The door handles are fragile, with plastic pins that easily break, and McLaren doesn't supply replacements. Repair shops have had to manually machine metal replacements. If this happens, you'll need to enter from the other side. A repair shop in China has even made a video about this issue. There are compilations of Artura and GT owner complaints on YouTube for you to check out.
