Check the two switches on the clutch. If they're faulty, it could affect starting and accelerating.

If the oil leak is that serious, you should go to the shop for repairs. I haven't seen any car owner who can fix an engine oil leak by themselves. They probably need to disassemble the engine cover to replace the seal ring or sealant.
