My 2018 automatic car can only reach 90 km/h, and the engine revs over 4000 RPM with loud noise. Does anyone know what might be the issue?

Is it normal for a 2008 manual transmission car to have the engine rev at 2500 RPM when driving at a speed of 100 km/h?

Is it normal for my 2008 Touran manual 2.0 to run at 3500 RPM at 120 km/h and 4000 RPM at 140 km/h on the highway?
