For manual transmission, no need to change. For automatic, change around 5.

40,000 to 50,000, then say "I want to be alone" repeatedly. Remember, only do a gravity oil change. Don't be misled by the 4S shop saying a full exchange is better. A full exchange will definitely cause damage in a short time.
