It's not possible, you can only replace the central control screen.

There's no need to upgrade the car's navigation system! Using a smartphone is more flexible; the car's navigation system is completely redundant.

You can upgrade the navigation by downloading the map to your memory card, or you can go to the 4S shop and have them upgrade the map for you. Otherwise, if the map version is too old, you might not be able to find certain places.
