I've experienced the same issue. Not sure why, but the accelerator pedal is too stiff. I apply a little pressure, and it goes down a lot, causing the car to jerk.

When I press the accelerator while the car is stationary, it jerks like a newbie driving a manual car. But if I let it coast a bit after releasing the brake and then press the accelerator, it runs smoothly. Does anyone know what might be causing this? ╮(╯_╰)╭

My 2018 automatic ZS sometimes shakes when waiting at a red light after the vehicle warms up. Between 60 to 100 km/h, the car feels like it's being pulled back, and there's a strong jerking sensation. If I press the accelerator hard to over 3000 RPM, the jerking stops. Using cruise control to accelerate also avoids the shaking. Is this a transmission issue?
