For the 2013 model, only the luxury version might have a fuel consumption display. My automatic comfort version doesn't have it either; only the first and second bars show, while the third and fourth do not display.

It's likely that the issue is with the central control's electronic module, which is unable to calculate the exact fuel level. It's best to have it checked and repaired.
