My 2009 Peugeot 307 won't start. When I try to start it, the engine doesn't respond, and there's just a buzzing sound. Does anyone know what could be wrong? The battery was replaced not long ago.

10If you leave the key in the ignition for too long without starting the car, it won't start. If the key is in the ignition for more than half a minute without turning the engine on, the key becomes stuck and you have to turn off the power and try starting the car again.
